COMPANY PROFILE
The company T.E.B. Snc has been founded in 1985 as a continuation of a company called Officina Meccanica Bruni G. Pietro. The aim was to provide workmanships in the field of mechanical seals and coupling joints for the motion transmission on behalf of a third part. At the beginnig the Officina Meccanica Bruni had at its disposal just a small workshop. The company had just three workers enployeed in the mechanical processing with traditional machine tools. Now the T.E.B. Snc is a company that operates in the precision engineering field on behalf of a third part, and it counts a total of about 19 employees. It is based in Postino di Dovera, a small fraction in the county of Cremona, on a 5000 square meters plot of which 2000 are covered. It has a modern fleet consisting primarily of Haas Automation CNC and CNC lathers. Now the 'T.E.B.'s mission is to provide products and services that meet the specifications and demands of our custumers. Our policy is to achieve an efficient and effective quality system that is full organized and the company's commitment to the observance of quality starts with the involvement of the management that assumes the responsibility of providing the necessary means, resources and training to meet, every time and punctually, the needs of the customer. To ensure this standard of service, the T.E.B. has obtained a quality certification according to ISO 9002 (achieved in November 2000). A fundamental characteristic of our society, as well as the precision workmanship, is the flexibility and the speeds in responding to our customers.We don’t care just about the quantities produced, but we are also accustomed to the achievement of individual pieces in time and costs much content.
WORKSHOP
The production department itself consists of two structures of about 900 square meters at L-shape and the two wings are connected. Inside you will find the machine tools disposed according to the kind of manufacture and all the various equipments we need to perform the work required. It's easy to note that there is a lot of space between the machines; that's because when whe are handling pieces of critical measures the space is never enough.

MANUFACTURE
Our company is specialized in under contract workd for milling, turning, tapping, drilling, woodruff keys on axle and in the holes. We work all types of materials, the common iron (C45, LF2, 38NCD4, etc), the different types of steel (SS316, SS420, SS329, etc,), the most critical alloys (MONEL 400, Hastelloy, F53/F55, etc) until overs such as stellite in all its ranks. By some external companies we can offer serration jobs, grinding, heat treatment and superficial finishing touches. We can handle pieces up to 600 mm in diameter. For pieces until 350/400 mm in diameter we can reach up to 1.5 meters in length.
In a fully air-conditioned metrology room we have a machine DEA model Scirocco with a granite plan that measure 2700x900 mm. We also have an automatic marker, the marking is mechanical with a punch shots .
We have recently purchased a machine CEMB model ZC-200 to balance joints, shafts, impellers.
